Deep Tissue Massage

60 minutes: $120
90 minutes: $150

Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.

I accept cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle.

Please note there is a 24 hour cancelation policy. If you do not cancel your appointment within 24 hours you are responsible for full payment unless otherwise discussed with me. Thank you for your understanding!

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)

60 minutes: $150
90 minutes: $200

The Lymphatic System is the body's way of regulating fluid throughout the body, filtering metabolic waste (toxins), and creating new Lymphocytes (which help fight disease and build new healthy tissue). It can help you with many different conditions such as:

  • swelling in arms, legs, torso, chest, etc.
  • fluid retention from surgery
  • swelling during pregnancy
  • swelling due to cancer treatment or surgery
  • swelling from injuries (sprains, strains, tears, etc)migraines
  • sinus congestion
  • MLD is an excellent way to "wake up" the Lymphatic System prior to surgery to ensure it's ready to handle the increase in fluid your body naturally makes as a result of any surgical procedure. Please note it is recommended to have an MLD session 7-10 days prior to your procedure.
  • many more!!!

MLD is a highly specialized type of treatment that requires extensive training. It is a light-touch massage.

Please note that it usually takes multiple sessions to see a reduction in swelling depending on the severity of your swelling and symptoms. Everyone's response to this type of treatment is different. Some people see a difference in 1-2 sessions, while it may take longer for others to see a significant difference depending on your body and the severity of your condition. If you are interested in having this type of treatment in your home, there is a $50 additional fee.

I accept cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle.

Please note there is a 24 hour cancelation policy. If you do not cancel your appointment within 24 hours you are responsible for full payment unless otherwise discussed with me. Thank you for your understanding!

Sports Massage

60 minutes: $120
90 minutes: $150

Sports Massage is a type of massage designed for highly active people who engage in athletics. Engaging in sports is harsh on the body and can often lead to injuries in both the short and long term. Sports Massage enhances performance and prolongs a sports career by helping to prevent injury, reduce pains and swelling in the body, relax the mind, increase flexibility, and dramatically improve recovery rates. Sports Massage is also highly effective in aiding the rapid recovery of an athlete from an injury by encouraging greater kinesthetic awareness and in turn promoting the body's natural immune function.

Trigger Point Therapy

60 minutes: $120
90 minutes: $150

Trigger Point Therapy is a style of bodywork that focuses on stimulating and releasing "trigger points" in your body. Trigger points are tender areas of tension similar to acupressure points, except they occur in the belly of the muscle rather than along the energy pathways of the body. These "knots" are built up throughout a person's life due to physical, mental, and/or emotional stress. During a session, focused pressure is applied through a variety of techniques in order to release your trigger points. This process can be quite painful at times, yet the effects are lasting and profoundly transformative. Typically, Trigger Point Therapy is a technique that is integrated into a Deep Tissue/Therapeutic Session and is not done exclusively.

I accept cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle.

Please note there is a 24 hour cancelation policy. If you do not cancel your appointment within 24 hours you are responsible for full payment unless otherwise discussed with me. Thank you for your understanding!

Forearm Massage

60 minutes: $120
90 minutes: $150

For anyone who likes deep pressure this is a fantastic way to receive massage. After spending a full 2-day course specifically to train in this modality, I can incorporate forearm strokes into any massage if needed/requested. I can use the "soft" surface of my forearm, the harder boney edge for deeper pressure, or my elbow to really go deep into those knots and trigger points. Having your therapist use forearms to massage your body feels wonderful. The strokes are broad so they can cover a lot of surface area, while your muscle tension melts away. There is no extra fee.

I accept cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle.

Please note there is a 24 hour cancelation policy. If you do not cancel your appointment within 24 hours you are responsible for full payment unless otherwise discussed with me. Thank you for your understanding!

Cupping

Cupping has been part of Eastern Medicine for thousands of years. Cupping involves placing small glass or plastic cups onto the skin, creating suction to pull the tissue away from the body to help loosen and relax muscles by promoting blood flow. Cupping is a release using suction to pull blood and fluid that is "stuck" (which contains toxins and waste products) to the surface layers of the skin to put it back into the bloodstream for processing. The newly oxygenated blood then flows back into the area to promote healing.

Cupping is not painful. There is a tugging or tight feeling on the skin at times, which only lasts a few seconds. The cups generally stay on one area for 3-5 minutes. I can incorporate cupping into your massage session. There is no extra fee.
