The 90 minute Swedish/Deep Tissue full body massage that Carrie gave me was an excellent experience.  Carrie created a relaxing atmosphere with dim lighting and soothing music.  Prior to my massage, Carrie wanted to identify any physical areas of discomfort and my preferred pressure to ensure a positive massage experience.

Throughout the massage it was obvious that Carrie had a comprehensive knowledge of massage techniques.  She paid the perfect amount of attention to my back, arms, legs, feet, hands, head, neck and shoulders.  Carrie was extra attentive to those areas that I had mentioned prior to the massage.  She applied the right amount of pressure at all times and did a phenomenal job of massaging my trigger points and loosening tight muscle fibers.  After my massage I was extremely relaxed, happy, and any muscle tension that I was experiencing prior to the massage was gone.

Schedule

My hours are by appointment only. Generally, I am available between the hours of 10:00am and 3:00pm Monday through Friday as well as some evening and weekend appointments. I am happy to work with your schedule as much as possible, so please let me know what your schedule constraints are and I will do my best to accommodate you.
